Check-in is at 4 P.M.

Upon arrival you will stop at the security gate to check in, pay daily resort fee ($10 daily) and collect rear display tag, to be displayed during entire stay. 

24 Hours prior to arrival you will be emailed/texted instructions with gate code and door code to gain access.

Check-Out is 10 A.M.

Take out trash, dispose of in trash chute (located at the end of the hall)

*Trash Chute Hours & AM - 9 PM 

Put all dirty towels, wash clothes in bathroom

-Please wash any used/dirty dishes and place on drying mat (dying mat is stored in drawer)

-Put thermostat on 72

-If you utilized Keurig, please empty water from tank 

Turn off all lights

Be sure sliding glass door is locked

Check fridge (toss any unused items)

Complete a final check to ensure none of your belongings get left behind. Travel safely
